showed up to the property at the 4 o’clock check-in time. On the door was a PG&E notice saying they had turned off the gas and it was a hazard. This was run by a property management company. They said I had to send them pictures of the notice to move forward which I did. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi and the pictures didn’t get to them for another hour or so. it sucks to drive four hours to stay in a special spot and then get screwed. Someone should’ve known that there was work being done on the house. PG&E didn’t just show up randomly. Saying the words they’re sorry for the inconvenience just doesn’t seem to cut it.

The best part about this place is that it feels like a work of art that matches the landscape. I was overwhelmed by how beautiful it was inside and outside, as well as the natural beauty around it.
I do think it is a little more expensive than it should be, BUT that does not at all make me regret staying here and I would recommend it.
The host was extremely communicative, even over communicating (which I prefer in a host).

Amazing views, great walkable paths to various beach spots and you can't beat the views. Easily walk to a wonderful restaurant named Miramar Beach Restaurant. Also a really cool and unique experience. I loved getting to shop around the art gallery in my pajamas. We even came home with a piece of art and some jewelry.
The cons have you ever lived in a store? The thing is I was kind of worried about breaking something. Their wasn't a lot of room for us in the downstairs area because the art was everywhere.

What I wasn’t expecting was how the inside is chock full of people’s art and crafts for sale. Like there are couches, but the side table has a display of bracelets on it. The photos in the listing show the place relatively empty, which is definitely not the case. I’m up for an unusual space and I enjoyed it, but if you’re not expecting it, it can be a little surprising.

The space was wonderful. As advertised. The open space of the art studio made for incredible conversation, and amazing acoustics while playing the piano in the middle of the Great Room. The beautiful wood floors along with the art displays all around made for such a unique stay.
The bed is located upstairs in the loft. Comfortable bed and plenty of storage for any couple staying there.
The kitchenette was very small, but our meals were mostly out and about.
The party who rented the penthouse above us were a little loud, but we weren’t going to let that ruin our stay.
We would highly recommend this space and appreciate Bella’s hospitality!

I would have liked the upper windows opened for a cool breeze at night while listening to the ocean waves crashing against the rocks. Having fans took away the sounds of the ocean.

The only two downfalls were the upstairs units deck is directly above and if not quiet neighbors up there it is very loud and hard to sleep. The other is the place is a gallery so people are constantly looking through the window and knocking on the windows if they see someone. I forgot to lock the door one day and people walked in while I was in the bathroom and started walking around. My fault for not locking the door but still lol.
It’s a beautiful place though and very relaxing.

The only thing to note, is you might want to keep the blinds down when walking around during the day as people peek in from time to time since it’s such a unique building.
