Beautiful home. I was extremely happy with how well stocked the kitchen was. Blender, toaster, pots and pans, absolutely made cooking so much easier. The rooms were clean and felt at home. Although we didn’t stay at the house much, since we were out for the most the time, when we did stay it was very relaxing.

Our group had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as shown - clean and beautiful, with fun extras like the game room and hot tub, and located in a nice area. Sandra was quick to respond to messages, and details/instructions were straightforward. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay, all 8 adults had privacy and space and our family had lots of places to connect.
Positive: We loved the spaces. Each room had a king sized bed and bathroom (one Jack and Jill) and there was lots of space for us all to lounge around and a large table for our group of 8 plus a baby to eat meals together. The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked quite a bit at the house and found everything we needed except a cheese grater. Negative: We felt there needed to be more towel racks to dry towels… and the hooks lowered for those vertically challenged. My 79 year old mom was standing on a toilet to hang her towel. Another towel bar by the hot tub or a drying rack would’ve been great too. Also dimmers on the lights. It was a very bright house, but at night a little less light and more ambiance is great. And the main bath automatic light definitely needs a dimmer.

Spacious house with gorgeous views of the ocean from kitchen, living room and cozy sunroom. Loved the big kitchen that was well-stocked. The house felt luxurious and a short hop to Moss Beach bluffs and beaches. Good for hanging out, played hours of ping pong at night. Relaxing oceanside getaway 45 mins from East Bay for a perfect refresh.

Amazing time with family at this Moss Beach home. Perfect set up for a large group. Everything was clean and well stocked. Kitchen fully stocked! We made incredible meals for everyone to eat around the large dining room table. The beach is so close and beautiful! Plus there is a wonderful park right down the street where we spent time playing on the swings and equipment. So fun! Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Amazing stay. Everything is recently updated, great to have a bathroom attached to every bedroom, well stocked kitchen, comfy king size beds, and a short walk to one of our favorite places, Fitzgerald Marine Preserve. Kids loved the hot tub and arcade games. Would love to come back again sometime!

Perfect house for a family stay-cation. Everyone loved the ping pong, hot tub, and video games were a bonus for the kids. Spacious with bathrooms attached to each bedroom, and we enjoyed the most gorgeous sunset from the bay windows.

We were on a staff retreat, and everyone loved the place. The bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchen and living room were great. The ping pong table was lots of fun, as was the jacuzzi. Plus, it was a lovely to have so many windows to see the ocean from the kitchen and living room. This is a great place!

We had three families in our group, 6 adults and 6 kids. This was the perfect set up for our group. We very much appreciated the baby gate at the top of the stairs! We had enough space for everyone to spread out or enjoy time all together at the large dining table in the sun room. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family vacation! Loved that four bedrooms had king sized beds and private bathrooms. Allowed us to each have our personal space while also sharing fun common areas for watching TV, drinking coffee with an ocean view, soaking in the hot tub, or playing games downstairs. We adults loved playing ping pong, Ms PAC Man and giant connect four! Check-in was easy and the check out instructions were very easy! Very thankful to find such a wonderful home for our family!

Our family of 13, ages 1 to 70, had a great time. A bright and cheerful house with a lovely view of the Bay. Space so we could spread out. In house games were invaluable. Table tennis was particularly enjoyed by adults, kids and the ball dog! The little local grocery was very handy, and the local park excellent for the younger kids. Easy days to everywhere between Santa Cruz and San Francisco. We were all impressed by the remarkably stocked kitchen.

The house was well-stocked, very roomy and ideal for our family stay with 7 of us and 1 dog. A relaxing, wonderful time was had by all! We were able to gather and interact as a family, but also had the rooms and space to have our own private time. Having so many rooms and separate floors was ideal. Plenty of bathrooms, too! The room over the garage was a great meeting area. Table tennis and video games were a very nice touch. We had never explored the area around Moss Beach, and were pleasantly surprised by the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve and by all the scenic local trails. Recommend eating on the Seal Cove patio at the Distillery; great view and good food.

Sandra’s place was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, fun games to play, and a spacious backyard! The driveway up is a little steep and hard to get back down. The views from the top floor are quite nice.

Newly renovated, well-appointed, and clean property. It was as-advertised by the pictures and easily accommodated our large party. The communal indoor sunroom had a spectacular ocean view and was well-appointed with couches and lounge chairs and an extra large dining table that can accommodate 12+. Just a couple issues with wet bath towels (prob due to lack of dryer time or large batch drying) and an empty propane tank, which was a disappointing surprise during meal prep. Had to run out for propane but was fortunate to find a place closeby and open. Host reimbursed the propane cost promptly. Overall, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Would rent again or recommend.

Place was beautiful, well decorated, kitchen fully stocked and the whole place was clean and it looked as it was described. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the TV's didnt work, Sandra wasn't able to send someone to fix it, so my hubby tried to troubleshoot it with no luck. I'm giving a 4 star 🌟 due to a pending follow up that she was supposed to get back to us but it never happened.
