    Amazing view!! We love Moss Beach and Sarah'a home had incredible views of the ocean. And the home was great, with a great open -plan kitchen/dining area/living space, an easy to use Keurig coffee machine, a spacious deck with views of the ocean, and all the amenities required to make a stay comfortable. We even sighted a whale from the deck!! All in all a lovely space for a weekend. It was just the reset we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

    Sarah's house is exactly as described. The view is amazing! Very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a great stay. There was a small issue on the last morning...the plumbing wasn't working properly. Toilets wouldn't flush and shower drains got backed up. However, it didn't really affect my stay since I was leaving.

    We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and we felt right at home. The entire upper floor, with the great room, dining room and kitchen has views of the ocean and the waves breaking. We loved this house and ocean views so much we already booked our next stay for next month!

    Positive: Liked the location. Paper products were plentiful. Negative: Taking a flight of stairs to the bathroom at night. This wasn't in the description and almost caused us to abort the stay. One of us has a heart condition, this is a dangerous omission.

    Wonderful house with a beautiful view. The house was cozy and very clean. My only complaint was that one of the nights my family and I came back ready to eat dinner. We went to turn the grill on and the propane tank was out. It took my family a good hour to find a gas station in the area that had propane. We were starving by the time we actually got to eat. I contacted Sarah about this and she informed me she would be happy to reimburse us for the propane. I sent the receipt and she never did. I contacted her multiple times about it but she continued to ignore the messages. I ended up having to get Airbnb involved and they gave me the money for the propane since she would not respond. Definitely concerning and not professional especially for the price we paid for our stay.

    Most everything was great about our stay. Beautiful location and neighborhood, listing was accurate, and comfortable interior. Great views, quiet surroundings, and extra features like bluetooth speakers. Was a great getaway for two couples to use as a homebase and relax in the evening. Some things that could be improved are the front door lock mechanism; it was very difficult to get open when we arrived and tricky to balance feeling secure in the house while not locking ourselves out. As well as messaging with the owner; our communication styles did not mesh well, and answers to our questions were not very detailed. Would have appreciated more clarity and more information upfront, but that might just be a "me thing"/difference of preference. Overall a great stay. Good location if you don't want to stay in SF but still want to be nearby. Comfortable amenities and beautiful property, just a few things I would've changed.

    Very comfortable home. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, coffee tea and spices. Great view of ocean - bring binoculars! Close to good hiking opportunities. Was foggy our entire stay but we didn’t mind the cool weather coming from hotter interior California.

    Great views of the ocean from the first level. The beds were very comfortable. Nice surprise to find a well stocked Krueger coffee machine. There are several steps inside the house, including going to the bathroom on the first floor, so keep that in mind. Place is a short distance from several great restaurants and breweries. There is also a local market within walking distance for quick supplies.

    Great place. Great location. Just perfect. We could move in tomorrow! Has everything you could ever need. Incredibly well stocked including the kitchen. Feels like you’re staying at a loaned friend’s place. Incredible mesmerizing view of the breakers and ocean from the upper level and deck with an airy open kitchen and attached comfortable living room. Good sized bedrooms on lower level. Easy walk to hill and bluff trails. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice to be able to use the garage. Small, convenient local market just down the hill. For those with disabilities know there is a short stair set to get to all living spaces and both bathrooms (entry is between the two levels). Loved this place. Highly recommend. Thank you!

  55. The coziest place that makes you feel like you are at home.

    This is a beautiful place nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with amazing views of the ocean. You can hear the waves splashing thru the shore. The balcony is big and a great place to have your morning coffee. The beds are super comfortable and the bedrooms and living room are all nicely carpeted. We will surely miss this place and we will book it again if ever we go back to SF.

    Fantastic home, location, and view! The description and photos are accurate. The home is very clean and comfortable, and it is very quiet. It is within walking distance to Fitzgerald Marine Reserve. You can check the tide pools daily! The owner responds quickly and provides great instructions for the house. Overall, A+, I highly recommend it.

This location is great and allows you to have the quiet and peacefulness of a proper vacation with access to cute beach towns and SF only 30 min away. Would definitely stay here again and the hosts are pier easy to work with. Thank you!

    The views from the balcony and the location of this place was amazing! The beds were good and we appreciated having the 2nd bed in the guest bedroom. The heater is powerful and honestly not needed in the summer. We figured out how to turn the heater off and just open all the windows for the coastal breeze. The neighborhood is peaceful and it's right next to great hikes. We drove down to the park since we had kids and didn't want to cross the busy street on foot. But it's definitely doable and would be a 10-15 min walk to the beach. Sam's Chowder House is a must for great food, but make reservations! Overall, great place!

    We enjoyed our stay here! Great location right down the road from the marine reserve to view tide pools. There’s a little downtown area with good restaurants serving fresh seafood. Lots of beaches and a little lighthouse nearby as well. The house was just as described in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in was smooth and the instructions were very clear. House is stocked with everything you could want on vacation — extremely well stocked kitchen. The focal point is of course the beautiful view of the ocean through floor to ceiling glass windows in the entire living area. Loved watching the sunset! I would definitely stay here again.
